Scatterbrain Handmade ships orders for all products that are in-stock within 3 business days of the order being placed for orders which have not selected next-day or 1-day shipping as an option. For orders for all products that are in-stock that have next-day or 1-day shipping selected, the order will be shipped within 24-hours. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, mail services maybe delayed longer than usual by the carrier, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Returns & Exchanges

All mask sales are final. Return & Exchanges are taken on a case by case situation. If you are not happy with your item upon arrival, please contact Scatterbrain Handmade in detail and we will happily work with you to resolve the issue.
